Policies

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Domestic Shipping

Packing, shipping and insurance will be charged separately.

Items shipped outside of California, but within the United States, do not pay California sales tax SO LONG as the billing address on the card used to purchase the item is the same as the shipping address.

The cardholders credit card billing address is required with photo ID as well as a contact phone number. Should you require shipping to an address other than the cardholders address, Africa and Beyond, LLC requires the cardholder to notify the credit card company at the time of purchase to authorize an alternate shipping address. Failure to comply will result in the non-shipment of your purchase.  

International Shipping

It is the buyers responsibility to pay broker fees, storage fees, duties, and/or taxes as well as any transport charges from port of entry to final destination.  

Africa and Beyond, LLC is NOT responsible for any additional costs such as, but not limited to, country taxes or duties imposed on items shipped or taken out of the United States.

Africa and Beyond, LLC is NOT responsible for any damage or delays caused by customs, freight forwarders or other government officials.

All international shipments require a commercial invoice and entry documents. All exports must be declared at the true and actual value/purchase price and be insured for the full value.

Returns + Exchanges

Africa and Beyond, LLC ONLY accepts exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt.

After 10 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If shipped back to Africa and Beyond, LLC, item must be sent prepaid and insured and be in the same condition as when purchased.

Special orders, consignment, and earrings are not subject to our exchange policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order.  The remaining 50% is due upon receiving the order.

All Special Orders are NOT subject to refund nor exchange.

Damaged Merchandise Policy

Inspect your shipment immediately! If any merchandise in shipment is damaged and/or missing it must be reported to Africa and Beyond, LLC AND the freight company used within five business days of receipt of shipment. Shipments leave the Gallery in excellent condition. Merchandise must be kept in the original cartons with packaging materials and damaged merchandise to be inspected by the freight carrier. Credit will not be issued without freight carrier inspection. Failure to comply and notify within five days OR to retain inspection items will void any claim for credit.

Delivery Policy

Merchandise must be fully paid prior to delivery. The undersigned buyer of merchandise purchased from Africa And Beyond, LLC, assumes the risk and the cost for the packing company to collect and ship as a courtesy only to buyer.

By purchasing and agreeing to delivery, buyer consents to the following statement:  "I agree that Africa and Beyond, LLC shall not be liable for any losses or damages of merchandise."

Storage Policy

Purchases shall be subject to a reasonable storage fee if held beyond 14 days or beyond the lay-away agreement. Africa And Beyond, LLC shall not be responsible for any storage or other fees imposed by customs and or freight forwarders.

Resale License/Orders

A completed resale form must be provided at the time of sale.  Africa and Beyond, LLC is not responsible for the misuse of Resale Licenses.
