Goffete is an oasis town which neighbors Agadez. The shape is symbolic of both a camel back and the mountain of Goffete. It is worn by both men and women as protection.
Tribal silver, made from mixed metals, and black beads.
The Edge (guitarist for U2) wears one.

Measures about 18" from end the end, and 10 ¼" from top to bottom. The pendant itself is 1 ¼" in height by about an inch wide.
