Wonderful collection of old beads, including:
2 x faceted red glass beads (1 ½" in length x ½" depth).
1 metal bead (⅞" in length x ⅝" in depth).
2 very worn Francaise Franc coins - Can't make out the dates, although one says 1948. The heads side has a Phrygian cap, ( a timeless symbol of liberty and self-governance), and the tales side has a gazelle and the words Afrique Occidentale Francaise.
1 old very worn coin, possibly Roman.
2 Vaseline beads.
1 Scarab.
3 striped trade beads.
4 cowrie shells.
Two 4 layer Chevron beads ¾" in height, and
One larger 6 layer Chevron 1 ½" in height ⅞" in depth.
