The prevailing concept of the male African has always been that of a man armed with spear, shield, bow & arrow. However, a closer examination of the African and his culture reveals a multitude of other weapons had been developed. Despite the basic technology most of these weapons excel in terms of quality, design & function.
Theoretically, weapon designs are related to specific tribes, but since a well-forged weapon is a desired item of trade, the same designs can be found among neighboring tribes.
