DESCRIPTION:
Sling shots or catapults were used amongst the Baule people to hunt fruit bats which were considered a delicacy. Today, children use the slingshots to scare birds away so they donít eat the familyís ripening millet stalks. For play, it is used to see who can hit the farthest milk can.
