Fair trade project
Material: Wood and pigment
This set of six hand-carved and hand-painted napkin rings is from Kenya, supporting Kenyan Artisans as a part of a Fair Trade initiative. Fair trade means that artisans are paid a fair price in advance for their crafts and work in a safe environment. It provides the framework for empowering the disadvantaged of the world to make a fair living and provide for themselves and their families.
These safari napkin rings represent six different animals:
Elephant, Giraffe, Rhino, Leopard, Zebra, Lion.
Dimensions:From 1 3/4" - 3" in height x approximately 1/2" in width, and 3" in length.
Due to the handmade quality and natural carving of the wood,
no two are alike. The shape and size of each ring will vary slightly.
