The Zulu people of South Africa, long renowned for their craftsmanship, make some of the finest baskets in the world. Each basket is hand woven from indigenous fibers dyed with natural substances.

This fine basket was made by artist Mhlongo Manthombi and measures 23" tall by 17" in diameter.
