The Biombo People live at the meeting of the Lulua and Kasai Rivers. The bell shaped Tshimwana masks are generally polychromed, with red being the dominant color, then black and white with geometric patterning. The mask is female and danced by men. It appears together with other masks at initiation and funerary rituals.
